CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things come up and you may need to cancel. KINDLY NOTE THERE IS A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a 50% charge of the full service. No-shows or cancellations made less than three hours prior to the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the full service. *** LATE POLICY *** Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a reduction of service to fit allocated time remaining.
